Before installing
Distance 4.1, we recommend you read the latest release notes.
After installing Distance 4.1 you should check the Distance
support page for any patches that fix last-minute problems.

As a user of this software, you are entitled to copy the
program and its associated components for your own or your local institutions
use (e.g., university, laboratory, department, research center). You are not
allowed to distribute this software under the name Distance or any other name,
singly or as part of a package, from which you derive any reimbursement.

them; however they should not be held responsible for the contents or use of
this program, nor should they be contacted with regards to any problems with its
use.
We, and our respective agencies, make no warranties,
expressed or implied, with respect to this software and its fitness for any
particular purpose. In no event will we be liable for indirect or consequential
damages, including, without limitation, loss of income or use of information.
